Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager / Civil Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will take full ownership of luxury construction projects — from groundbreaking to handover — ensuring every detail meets our premium standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-end construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
- Manage all purchasing activities, source premium materials, and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise skilled construction workers, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Implement and enforce rigorous quality control processes aligned with luxury construction standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, resolving on-site issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Lombok and the NTB region.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures, flagging variances and proposing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, preferably within luxury residential or hospitality construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate diverse crews.
- Solid knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards relevant to premium builds.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with construction regulations and permitting processes in Lombok or the broader NTB region is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects.
