The Role
We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Field Officer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be on the ground — exploring opportunities, building relationships, and helping grow our portfolio of exclusive land and villa listings across the Kuta area.
Key Responsibilities
- Explore and identify land and villa opportunities in the Kuta, South Lombok area
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with local landowners, community figures, and key stakeholders
- Conduct field visits to assess and document potential property listings
- Upload and manage property listings on our WordPress website, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth listing processes and follow-ups
- Act as a reliable bridge between the company and the local community
- Stay up to date with local property market trends and developments
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field (real estate, land acquisition, or related industry)
- Strong knowledge of the Kuta and South Lombok area is a major advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a trustworthy presence
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
- Basic IT and system knowledge; experience with WordPress or CMS platforms is preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel around the local area regularly
