Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager / Civil Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will take full ownership of luxury construction projects — from groundbreaking to handover — ensuring every detail meets our premium standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-end construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
• Manage all purchasing activities, source premium materials, and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise skilled construction workers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Implement and enforce rigorous quality control processes aligned with luxury construction standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, resolving on-site issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Lombok and the NTB region.
• Monitor project costs and expenditures, flagging variances and proposing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, preferably within luxury residential or hospitality construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate diverse crews.
• Solid knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards relevant to premium builds.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with construction regulations and permitting processes in Lombok or the broader NTB region is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film, edit, and publish high-quality video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand strategy and property campaigns
• Create engaging, story-driven content that captures the luxury essence of Razzaque Paradise Properties
• Leverage AI tools including ChatGPT and Veo3 to accelerate and enhance content production

• Monitor social media analytics, generate performance reports, and optimize strategies based on data insights

• Collaborate with the sales and management team to align digital campaigns with business objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
• Hands-on experience with filming and video editing (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, long-form video)
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Canva for graphic design and visual storytelling
• Experienced in AI-powered content creation tools, specifically ChatGPT and Veo3

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with local landowners, community figures, and key stakeholders
